Processing Times
- Order Processing: All orders are handmade and may require 1-3 business days to prepare before shipping.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made items may take additional time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping (Canada): Estimated delivery is up to 10 business days after processing.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery is between 10-20 days after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the size/weight of your order.
Customs and Import Taxes
